When you call you will be asked for the following:

1. The product you are interested in purchasing and the price
2. The website address of the internet site offering a better price (NOT an auction or price comparison site)

If we can confirm that one of our listed competitors are offering the same product cheaper we will match that price (PLEASE NOTE: we price match the price of the product excluding delivery).
